It is a liquid highlighter with a brush applicator. When it is blended, it gives pearly sheen with a little bit of pink undertone.
Yes, the shimmers are super fine. But seriously, it does not do anything to me. A champagne drugstore eyeshadow would work far better than this.
Besides, it is not practical at all. When I applied it over makeup, the rubbing action made my foundation faked up. I also tried it on bare skin, and it just disappeared after I applied my foundation.
Overall, I think it is overhyped and overpriced.
