Glitter in the air, how beautiful it is!
I've had this nail polish for a while, but I can never get the color in the bottle no matter how many coats I do. Finally, I made it work.

First apply one coat of sea spray by china glaze and then layer two coats of glitter in the air. Here is the result.

Three coats of glitter in the air for the finger on the right. You can tell there is a huge difference. You can definitely try other light blue nail polishes as base coat.
