Shop My Stash #7

I have not done this kind of post for a while only because I am on project pan and reluctant to switch up the products too often. By the way, I’m doing pretty well with my project pan and so far I’ve not purchased anything.
The palette I’m using is the day palette from Lorac Bejeweled box which I ordered through Hautelook before the project pan.

Does the MAC blush from the wonder woman collection look weird to you? I accidentally dropped it and it shattered, so I went ahead and repressed it.

Shop My Stash: Take #6

I finally got the NARS new blush GAIETY, a bright candy pink. It is matte which I prefer when it comes to blushes. I haven’t really had a chance to try it on my face, but it swatches very nicely. I do find it is a little powdery compared to other NARS blushes.

I finished the Maybelline clear mascara last week and get back to the elf brow gel which is my favorite.

Shop My Stash: Take #5

I skipped last week’s SMT only because I was enjoying all the products so much that I decided to use them for one more week.
As my skin gets better, I don’t need that much coverage from the Amazonian clay foundation by Tarte, so I decide to switch back to the sheer glow. Besides, I really want to use up one foundation because I have so many and the sheer glow is the most promising one to finish.
I really love the sweet dream palette by Too Faced which has basically everything I need. The bronzer smells so good and the two blushes are beautiful. It also comes with a good variety of eye shadows and my favorite has to be Cut the Cake, a gorgeous greyish purple.

Shop My Stash: Take #4

It’s another shop my stash post which I’ve been enjoying doing.

I fell in love with MAC’s blush in Mighty Aphrodite again. It is such a beautiful coral pink color. I guess I just could not have enough of it, so I included it this week.
I tried the foundation by Tarte again with a beauty blender sponge and this time I got my skin well hydrated before applying it. Surprisingly, I loved the result. Still, it is not a moisturizing foundation, but there were no dry patches whatsoever. I figure I will try it more to do an in depth review.

Shop My Stash: Take #3

I’ve used my tarte’s blushes for a while and really miss the MAC blushes.
I don’t think shopping my stash stops me from buying, but it absolutely lets me appreciate what I own.

Shop My Stash: Take #2

I like the idea of shopping without spending. Every time when I go through my collection to pick up items for the week, I really enjoy it.

I replace quite a few products this week only because they are recently acquired.

Shop My Stash: Take #1

I was reorganizing all my makeup the other day, and then I realized there was too much makeup sitting at the back of my drawers unused. Project Pan is definitely a good way to get more uses out of them, but I still want to purchase products from here and there. So I think doing shop-my-stash post may help. The basic idea is going through the makeup collection, and picking out a bunch of products which are going to be used only in the following week or so.

I used NARS’s lip gloss in Turkish Delight every day when I first got it, then never touched it for about a year. It is quite expensive which I don’t want go wasted. Same thing happened for the Maybelline’s lipstick in Pink Please.
I mainly bought the naked palette because of the hype, and I am not a huge fan. Most of the shades are just too warm for me to wear, but I will try to make it work. I don't think I will pick up the naked 2 until I see it in person.
I will keep doing this series every other week and cross my fingers.
Do you have any other good ideas to use up makeup items? If so, definitely let me know.
